Thomas C. Ada

The A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, Guam (GIAA) is happy to welcome on board, former Senator Thomas C. Ada, the new Executive Manager.

Senator Ada brings with him a long career in public, private and military service. A nine-term senator, Mr. Ada has held senior management positions in the government from Deputy General Manager of Guam Waterworks (formerly PUAG), General Manager of Guam Power Authority (GPA) and a Commissioner of the Consolidated Commission on Utilities (CCU). He has also served as General Manager for both SGS Guam and Manager at Raytheon Technical Support Guam and Vice President at IT&E Guam. His military career includes 6 years of active duty as a commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army and 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserves, retiring as a Colonel (0-6).

Our new Executive Manager holds two Masters Degrees, one in Public Sector Management and Regional Planning & Analysis at Indiana University and a Professional Master of Business Administration (PMBA) from the University of Guam. We welcome his leadership along with his balanced and practical approach to management and issues resolution in his new role in our Airport family.
