Relative to the  COVID-19 outbreak, and to prevent new cases and the spread of the novel corona virus, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero has issued Executive Order 2020-04 that requires all arriving non residents to acquire a health clearance certificate, approved by the Government of Guam's  Department of Public Health and Social Services. Otherwise, mandatory quarantine, may be required.  This Order was issued March 16, 2020.  Please confer with your respective airlines for details of this new requirement prior to your travel to Guam.
