Residential Sound Solution Program (RSSP)
The A.B. Won Pat Guam International Airport Authority (GIAA) recognizes that the Airport and aviation industry are vitally important to the future development of our island. In addition, being a responsible neighbor and reducing noise impact from airport operations is something we view as important.
That is why the Authority, with funding from the Federal Aviation Administration, is implementing the Residential Sound Solutions Program for residents in the highest noise impacted areas surrounding airport facilities. The goal of the program is to reduce aircraft related noise levels inside your home. Specific improvements designed for your home, which may include new windows and doors, and upgrading and/or installing a new air conditioning unit, are just some of the program components for eligible homeowners.
The Guam International Airport Authority is excited in building good neighbor relations by offering this program!
