Airport Police to Conduct Speed, Seatbelt, and DUI Enforcement

The A. B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, Guam (GIAA) would like to advise the public that Airport Police will be conducting speed, seatbelt, and DUI enforcement, along Route 10-A, Tiyan, and other airport roadways, starting Friday, April 25, 2014. Drivers are advised to follow the speed limit of 15 miles per hour on the terminal frontal roadways on both the Arrivals and Departures Levels and to be aware of crossing pedestrians. Airport Police also advises drivers who utilize airport roadways to follow all posted speed limits and traffic directions given by Airport Police. Drivers and passengers are reminded to wear their seatbelts and not to use their mobile devices or text while driving. With the recent increase of traffic accidents, GIAA and Airport Police encourage safe and responsible driving on all airport and island roadways.
