The A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, Guam (GIAA) is proud to share its customized “WE CARE” program, developed in response to the significant turbulence caused by COVID-19. This comprehensive and active program incorporates facility enhancements and utilization of technology, social distancing, sanitization and disinfection measures, queuing systems, thermal screening, and corporate governance to effectively operate safely and securely in this new operating environment.
“The GIAA understands that we are all in this together, and it is our shared responsibility to keep everyone safe. Quinata, GIAA Executive Manager. “We care about the whole travel experience and environment at Guam’s airport, and are continuously reassessing our operations, enhancing our facility, and putting in place new processes to ensure continual, uninterrupted operations aligned with guidance issued by the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and industry standards set forth by Airport’s Council International (ACI) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO),”
