Airport Executive Manager Resigns
Thursday, April 22, 2010Carlos H. Salas, Executive Manager of the A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, Guam (GIAA) tendered his resignation to the Chairman of the GIAA Board of Directors, to take effect on May 1, 2010. In a letter to GIAA Board Chairman, Martin J. Gerber, Mr. Salas indicated he initially will take personal time off to spend with his family and his mother who resides off-island. Although he mentions no specific plans for alternate employment at this time, Mr. Salas anticipates his career will likely take a different direction within the near future.
